Our usual lead time is 1-2 working days or 3-4 days during busy times such as Valentine's day, Mother's day, Easter or Christmas. We will prepare your order as soon as possible then send it with your chosen shipping method. If you have an urgent order, please choose Express shipping and mention "please hurry" in the checkout notes. We would be happy to speed up the prep of your order if we can.

- We are currently ship to all around the world.
- Prices are calculated at the checkout and start from HKD $150
All parcels shipped to outside of the Hong kong are considered International parcels and will be sent with a Tracked service.
- Full address and valid phone number is required for us to be able to arrange international parcels. To avoid any delays, please don't forget to leave these details at the checkout.
- Depending on the volume and weight of your parcel additional charges may apply to be able to dispatch international parcels, if you do not agree to pay these we reserve the right to cancel your order.
- It is vital that when you place your order you provide us with a valid daytime telephone number as well as an email address as the courier may wish to contact you.
- The stated transit time is from the date of dispatch. Please allow 2-3 working days for dispatch of your parcel.
- Our couriers class working days from Monday to Friday, excluding local holidays.
- Our couriers do not deliver to PO Box (Post Office Box) addresses.
- Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We love our soaps and we hope you will too. We check, inspect and hand pack all items ourselves before shipping to make sure they're perfect. If for any reason you are unhappy then please let us know by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be very happy to assist you.
Free shipping is a discount. As such if items are returned that take your order value under the 'Free when you spend' amount the shipping discount will be claimed back.
